Grapefruit essential oil

I really enjoy the scent of the grapefruit essential oil but purchased it to flavour sparkling water. I didn't know until I read the label that it was for external use only. Something to keep in mind when purchasing it as I didn't see this info when I ordered it.

I just loved the smell...it help when I do have upset and sore stomach...I robb gently with almond oil with a few drops grapefruit essential oil together and the feet too. I feel much better after .
