I love this serum. I already had the face wash and toner, and finishing with the serum feels luxurious. However, I had issues with shipping: The serum was not closed fully, and so arrived to me having leaked out of the bottle, soaking the package with oil and starting my bottle off already missing about 2 cm of serum. Given the cost of the item, this feels significant.

I got the radiance cleanser, scrub, toning mist, serum, and eye cream in a natural beauty subscription program and I had been using it and loving the way my face looked and felt. I was reading an article about skincare and they mentioned that oil serums don't sink into the skin like water based serums so your skin doesn't absorb as many vitamins and nutrients so they are not as effective. So I went back to traditional water based serums and cream moisturizers, spending hundreds to do so, and used my oils just to seal everything in. Immediately I noticed my skin getting drier, even though I was using hyaluronic acid and ceramide boosters, and after giving it a month to really try it, I looked into a mirror and could see how dry and dull my face was looking, that I could see faint speckling under my skin coming through where old dark spots had been. I looked every bit of my 50 years. So I decided to come back to this system. In just 2 days, my skin is so plump and hydrated that you can no longer see the faint dark spots. My wrinkles and fine lines are filled and for the first time in a month my facial skin is again comfortable. It just goes to show that the so called experts don't know everything because we are individuals with individual needs. Apparently what my skin needs more than anything is oil. I don't think I'm making any on my own. I never get oily, and I haven't had a pimple in at least 5 years. I have tried at least 15 different oils and oil serums. I've been obsessively buying them for years, maybe because I subconsciously knew what my skin was lacking. This one is fantastic. It's blended in such a way that I get the vitamins and minerals I need from it, while it hydrates the skin. It's a great all around option that does everything I want from it. I won't be stupid enough to let an expert steer me into another month long expensive experiment because they think they know what's best for me. I'm sticking with what works. And this does. Oh. So. Beautifully. I'm so happy to have my glow back!
