Eucalyptus Steam Shower
Keep a bottle of Eucalyptus Oil in your shower, it's an energizing treat to start your day.
Step 1. Shake 3 drops directly onto your shower floor. Somewhere the water doesn't hit directly or where you might step.
Step 2. Shake 5 drops into your palm & briskly rub your hands together. The heat from water & steam will help vaporize the oil. Rinse the oil off your hands and take a deep breath.

Never apply essential oils onto your skin undiluted.
