How to Use

Sleep Well Mist:

Lightly spray the Sleep Well Pillow & Room Mist over linen surfaces such as pillows, sheets, or your bedroom to create a calming and relaxing mood. Avoid using sleep spray on wood because it might leave marks and cause the shine to fade. Check the temperature in the bedroom. Make sure it is not too hot or too cold. Turn off the lights. Get into bed and relax.

Sleep Well Roll-On:

Roll onto temples, neck, wrists and bottom of feet before bed. Wear socks to prevent oil on sheets.

Proper storage of your products is important to ensure their effectiveness and maximize their useful lifetime.
