SPF!!!
This is the most important step for everyone to be following- not only during summer, but all year round. We recommend using a gentle, face-specific formula that is SPF 50+. For the rest of your body, SPF 30+ is recommended. Be sure to apply it to all exposed skin (don’t forget your hands, feet and lips!) before leaving the house for the day and bringing it along to reapply if needed. UV rays and environmental irritants are present and harmful rain or shine and SPF is the best form of protection to avoid sunburns which cause deep damage and can speed our skin's aging process.
